RF-ID locker system of Noki Lock

Noki Lock approached Systec Designs with a clear but complex demand.
Design a baggage-locker system working on RF-ID with the following features:

  • Easy installation (no computer system involved)
  • Easy to use
  • Minimal maintenance

Systec Designs developed a practical product already in use on our home market.
Noki Lock intends to introduce this product on the Belgian, German and English market as well. Systec Designs will stay actively involved with regard to further development of the product as well as facilitation of new applications of the system.
The system we developed is very easy to use: The user holds his identification card in front of the card reader unit and the appointed safe opens. Installation is very easy also and is done by means of several (push)buttons.

    Tailor made control unit
In most cases comparable systems installation is a time consuming business and executed with help of a computer. The card reader unit that Systec designed uses a much simpler, tailor made control unit for the customer, attached to a standard card reader module. This helped to instantly introduce the product on the market and make it a quick success!

    Production by Systec
Because the produced amounts of this product have increased so drastically, it enabled Systec Design to start producing the card reader unit itself, thus reducing the cost price of the product more.

    Lean and mean installation
The card reader unit is connected to a smart communication system with a few locker-drivers, that are able to ultimately open the electro magnetic locks. These locker drivers can be assembled per column /set of lockers. As a result the system can be installed easily and quickly and is easy to use and is also usable in conventional lockers.

    Central control system
The latest development that Systec Designs has added to this design is that it developed a central control system by which the lockers can be allocated from a central location.
